As the weather is very unpredictable this Sunday's hash will be near Liliana's summerhouse in Karaciunai (see the attached map), so that if it rains we would be able to hide under the roof.
How to get there:
Go straight Antakalnis street to Nemencines road past Plento Baras and further. Turn right to Karaciunu street (at the turn you will see a big poster advertising Topeliu water sports). Then go about 350 metres and turn right again before the gray fence, go another 50 metres and park there.
Be there by 11:15. The start will be at 11:30. Cost is 10 lt for beers and drinks.
You may get there by bus 17 or 39. And remember our car pool – if lifts are required then meet at the bottom of Pilies before 11:00 (if you come there at 11:02 – you will not find anybody waiting there!).

Have fun tomorrow fellow V3Her's.... even if it rains more than sunshine. The area around Last Virgin's Summer House is a great bit of forest.
Unfortunately I won't be there... running in another forest near Vilnius :)

I, too, will unfortunately miss it. Working all day. But, from what I hear, it was a great trail, thanks to Last Virgin and Yap Yap.
Also giving notice that I shall miss the next one, too. Working in Riga is the excuse this time. But I'm sure that our Mistress will be her usual capable self, and a good time will be had by all
Sunday's hash was very very good and those who did not come missed a great trail. Last Virgin and Yap Yap excelled themselves. No runners so the walkers did the runners trail and came upon a beautiful refurbished water mill on a lake.
Lunch was at the shashlik restaurant across the road where we ate outside in the sunshine and listened to a nightingale singing.
This was the place that, after eating, a certain ex-member of the hash was stopped by the police. True to form Squeaky was stopped on her way home but this time it was because she did not have an up to date MOT sticker on her car. It is now there.
There will be bowling on Tuesday evening 22nd May at Akropolis 19.30 - 21.30
first come first served. 15 litas per person, kids come free.
Social evening on Wednesday - 23rd May - runners start at 19.00, socialisers start at 20.00 but this time it will be at the Dubliner. Squeaky cannot stand the disgusting smell of toilets as you walk into Amatininku hence the change of venue. Perhaps our absent Scotsman can persuade them to get them disinfected when he returns.
Here's looking forward to the hot summer weather we are promised from this next weekend.
